TriC 5k Runathlon

As we reach the halfway point in the fall classic series and the race standings start to get shuffled up I can only look ahead in glee at the remaining wild card events. Having been known to utter such awe inspiring quotes as "I hate running" & "I don't run" expectations are low for the 5k run trial today. But will the fall training provide a surprise boost to my legs on this 'long' run?

After an unfortunate incident with Charlotte's web in last Saturday's bike time trial will Nathaniel be able keep up his newly evolved run pace over a grueling 5K?

Additionally will Winstorm Guo, who managed to trump our hero by a surprising 3 seconds in Saturday's bike time be able to successfully carry all that newly acquired muscle mass to victory?

Once again the stage is set perfectly with an uncharacteristically clear day beckoning the athletes onto the field of competition. To all those attending tonights event "bon chance"

There has been a lot of smack talk going on lately surrounding a certain race series, and i don't feel quite right sitting on the commenting side lines (also said sidelines do not allow for pictures) So in response to a certain Individuals comments I feel I should offer a visual preview of tomorrows events....
